Avarra Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

At Avarra, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, worn or washed lingerie cannot be accepted.

2. Refund Process

- To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at customerservice@avarrra.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

- Gift cards, sale items, and items marked as final sale cannot be refunded.

4. Shipping Costs

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and request a refund for the original item.
